Orderain is an agency's answer to its own worst week. Years of client builds on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce produced the same three complaints every time. This is the platform that fixes them.
Theme picking, page building, product import, shipping zones, tax rules, payment wiring. A store that should have opened on Monday opened on Friday, and half of it was still wrong.
What we did Buddy builds the store from a description. You talk, it makes pages, fills the catalog, and wires the settings. The first version exists in minutes, and you correct it by saying what is off.
The subscription was the smaller number. On top of it came a percentage of every sale, then an app for reviews, an app for bundles, an app for the thing the platform used to do for free.
What we did Zero platform fees on every plan, forever. Your processor still takes its cut because that is a card network cost, not ours. Everything else is in the plan you already pay for.
Orders in one place, stock in another, analytics somewhere else, customer emails in a fourth. Nothing knew about anything else, so the answer to any real question meant exporting spreadsheets.
What we did One dashboard over one dataset. Orders, inventory across warehouses, customers, staff roles and analytics read from the same system, and the API and MCP server expose all of it.
Four commitments that decide what gets built and, more often, what does not.
Not a launch promotion and not a top tier perk. The plan price is the whole bill on every plan, and it is written into the pricing page rather than a footnote.
Products, customers and orders export whenever you want, and the same data is reachable over the API. A store you cannot take with you is not really yours.
Buddy builds pages, writes product copy, and answers questions about the actual store data. If a feature only looks good in a video, it does not ship.
No invented customer counts, no borrowed conversion statistics, no support promise we cannot keep. If a claim is on the site, something in the product backs it.
